Open up Hollywood

N1BW is a home for vertical series — short, episodic stories made for your phone. Anyone can publish. Creators keep 70% of revenue and full creative control. No pitch meetings, no gatekeepers — just an audience.

Test before you shoot: trailers

Have a series idea but not a finished series? Upload a trailer — 15 seconds to 3 minutes of proof-of-concept — and see if the audience wants more before you produce it.

Viewers respond with Likes to show they want more. They can also tap Notify Me to be emailed the day your series goes live, and leave quick feedback tags like “Great concept” or “Wanted more.” You see all of it on your dashboard: Likes, Notify Me signups, views, and the tag breakdown.

A strong trailer is a pre-sold audience. When you publish the series and link it to your trailer, everyone who asked gets notified.

Likes are free. Creator revenue comes from your published episodes (70% to you).

After you upload a trailer

  1. Upload your trailer.
  2. It goes live once processing finishes — on the trailer browse page, the homepage, and your creator profile. If the series is still a draft, the trailer shows on the series page when the series is published.
  3. If a trailer cannot be published, you get the reason so you can fix it and upload again. Upload Rules still apply.

Publishing a series

Finished series work the same way: upload episodes (9:16 or 2:3 vertical, or 16:9 horizontal; 45 seconds to 150 minutes each, at least 5 per season), submit for review, and publish. Episode 1 of every season is free for viewers; you price the rest in tickets and keep 70% of what they spend. Payouts run through Stripe — you'll set up payout and tax details before your first series goes live (not needed for trailers).
