DMCA takedown notices
N1BW respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
To file a takedown notice, email dmca@n1bw.com with all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (the N1BW URL of the series or episode).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice under § 512(g).
Misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose you to liability under § 512(f). If you're not sure whether use of your work is infringing, consider consulting an attorney first.
