N1BW Pitch Line Submission Terms

Version 1.0 — October 25, 2026

These Pitch Line Submission Terms (the "Pitch Terms") apply when you submit an idea for a show ("Pitch") to N1BW, Inc. ("N1BW," "we," "us") through the N1BW Pitch Line. You can submit by phone at 1-877-N1BWTV0 or online at n1bw.com. The Pitch Terms add to the N1BW Terms of Service. If the two conflict about a Pitch, these Pitch Terms control.

By submitting a Pitch, you agree to these Pitch Terms. On the phone, you agree by pressing the key the recording asks for. Online, you agree by checking the box. If you don't agree, please don't submit a Pitch.

1. Who can pitch

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a Pitch. Anyone who can use n1bw.com may listen to Pitches and vote.

2. Recording, transcription and publication

You consent to all of the following:

- We record your call or your audio Pitch, and transcribe it.

- We clean up its sound.

- We screen it, automatically and by people.

- We publish it, with its transcript and the name you give us (for example, "Sarah from Atlanta"), on n1bw.com, in the N1BW apps, on the Pitch Line phone service, and on N1BW's official social media and video channels.

Don't include your full name, address, phone number, or anything else you don't want made public.

Your phone number is private. We use it only to run the Pitch Line: to identify repeat callers and to prevent duplicate voting. We store it in a scrambled (hashed) form and never publish it.

Your email address is private too. If you give us one, we use it to send you your pitch's result after its ballot closes, and to contact you if it wins. We never publish it, and we don't add it to any mailing list.

3. You keep ownership of your Pitch

You keep ownership of your Pitch. To run the Pitch Line, you give N1BW a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to record, copy, store, transcribe, edit for length and clarity, publish, play and promote your Pitch, in the ways described in Section 2. That includes using your Pitch in material that promotes the Pitch Line. This license applies to every Pitch, whether it wins or not.

4. If your Pitch wins

Each day, N1BW chooses one winning Pitch (the "Winning Pitch"). Its pitcher is "you" or "the Creator" in this section.

4.1 You own the show. You own the show based on your Winning Pitch. That includes the scripts, character designs, artwork, footage, commercials and other materials that N1BW creates from it (the "Show Materials"). N1BW assigns its rights in the Show Materials to you, subject to the license below.

4.2 N1BW's license: online series.

- You give N1BW a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to develop, produce, distribute, display, promote and otherwise exploit the show and the Show Materials online in short form. "Short form" means commercials, trailers, pilots, episodes and clips, each under 30 minutes.

- N1BW exercises this license through n1bw.com, the N1BW apps, and N1BW's official social media and video channels.

- N1BW may produce the show at any time, whether or not you do.

4.3 You can make it on N1BW too. You may produce and distribute the show on N1BW yourself, under N1BW's standard creator terms. We hope you'll take the lead.

4.4 No other online versions.

- After your Pitch wins, you may not create, publish, or authorize anyone else to create or publish a separate or alternative version of the show as an independent online series or online video, at any episode length, anywhere other than N1BW. That includes YouTube, TikTok and any other website or app.

- This doesn't limit your rights under Section 4.5.

4.5 Everything else is yours.

- Only you may make or license a movie, a television show, a book, a play or musical, merchandise, and every other use not licensed to N1BW in Section 4.2.

- A deal with a television network or a streaming service (for example, licensing the show to Netflix) is always yours, whatever its episode length. N1BW's license never extends to a show you have licensed to a network or streaming service.

- You may use the Show Materials in all of these.

4.6 Credit, not payment.

- We'll credit you as "Based on an idea by [the name you gave us]," or something similar, where it's practical.

- You won't receive payment, royalties or other compensation for your Pitch, its selection, or N1BW's use of it.

4.7 No obligation. Winning doesn't oblige N1BW to produce or keep producing anything beyond what we choose to make.

5. Similar ideas

Many people pitch similar ideas. N1BW, our users and other pitchers may already have, or may later develop, ideas, shows or materials similar to yours. That includes shows based on other Pitches.

You agree that:

- Your Pitch is not confidential.

- Submitting it doesn't create any relationship between you and N1BW beyond these Pitch Terms.

- You have no claim against N1BW or anyone else because of a similarity to your Pitch.

6. Your promises

You promise that:

- The Pitch is your own idea, or you have the right to submit it.

- It isn't based on someone else's copyrighted characters, story or other protected work.

- It doesn't describe real, identifiable private people, or present real public figures in a false or harmful way.

- Submitting it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

7. Selection and editorial discretion

- Screening: we screen every Pitch, and we may decline, remove or edit any Pitch for any reason, including content, rights or quality concerns.

- How winners are chosen: Pitches compete on the day after they're submitted, and voting closes at midnight Eastern Time. Audience votes guide our choice, but N1BW decides the winner and may choose a Pitch other than the most-voted one, or skip a day.

- Votes: we may discount or remove votes we believe aren't genuine.

- Not a lottery: no purchase or payment is needed to pitch or vote. Choosing the winner isn't a game of chance, and there is no prize other than the credit and production described here.

8. Changes

We may update these Pitch Terms. Each Pitch is governed by the version in effect when it was submitted. If your Pitch wins, the version you agreed to stays in force for that Pitch.

9. General

These Pitch Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved as described in the "Dispute resolution and arbitration" section of the N1BW Terms of Service.

N1BW, Inc., Los Angeles, California, USA.
